We are able to keep momentum around our project work as notes can be hand written and distributed by email as a pdf. All actions are recorded and notes are waiting on your email by the time you are back at your desk. In addition, the project meetings are far more interactive as we are able to move ideas around on the screen using your finger. In comparison to standing around a flip chart, the interest of the session remains high. We had already outlined an 8 step decision making process and this brings the whole process together in a dynamic, interactive way. We have increased productivity, creativity and saved time. The SMART Board system is a great piece of technology for a meeting/project room.
