Interactive presentation solutions can be implemented in a variety of situations and environments. Smarter Interactive offers a comprehensive consultation process to ensure that we thoroughly discuss and understand your individual requirements and offer a solution that best meets your needs.

In order to achieve this, each customer will receive:

On-site Meeting

Where possible we visit any potential customer to discuss;

  • The requirements and the type of solution they are considering
  • The environment in which the solution is to be used or installed
  • The most suitable projector
  • The implementation of the solution
  • Training

After this meeting we will provide a quote to confirm the exact specification agreed.

 

Site Survey

We provide an on-site survey prior to every installation to ensure that the engineers have as mush information as possible and that any complicating factors can be accounted for. During the survey we confirm:

  • The most appropriate location of installed products
  • The structure of the room or building to ensure adequate fixings are available for installed products
  • All necessary brackets and cabling is brought to site by the engineer
  • Any additional requirements such as power or network points.

 

High Quality Installation

As a result of the On-site Meeting and Site Survey we will provide an installation which will include;

  • An installation which follows the measurements agreed on the Site Survey
  • Custom made brackets with built in security
  • Fully trained engineers with a minimum of 5 years industry experience
  • All cabling terminated to a custom made wall plates
  • All connection leads
  • 12 month warranty on all installation components

 

Training

Training is integral to the successful implementation of the technology we supply, which is why we offer a comprehensive training package to all our customers, which includes the first on-site session free of charge.

  • This session will include
  • Set up and configuration of the solution
  • Overview of the key features and functions
  • Technical Training and troubleshooting

Every customer receives on-going technical and warranty support as standard. Please refer to our Support section
