Generally, our levels of after sales support are discussed and customised with each customer based upon their expectations, the reliance on the room and technology and the amount of equipment we have supplied. Please call us to discuss the support and training you require.
Every customer receives telephone support which is available 0830 – 1730 Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Finally, wherever possible we try to provide a development plan. Whether it is to further develop your staffs understanding and confidence or to allow a greater flexibility of the use of the solution, ongoing training will help to get best value from your initial investment.
