and support package with all the equipment
we supply.
Every customer is allocated a dedicated
Account Manager who will coordinate all
aspects of your training and support requirements.

Our friendly, efficient and knowledgeable
staff are able to diagnose and solve most
SMART/software/connectivity issues with
one simple phone call.
Training
We recognise the value of high quality training.
This is the reason every Smarter Interactive
customer receives on-site training with
every solution we supply. In addition we
are able to offer ongoing training programs
specific to your needs. Please refer to

section.
Fault
response service
If we cannot provide you with an immediate
solution to your support call, then we guarantee
to contact you within two hours with a solution,
or if necessary to arrange for an engineer
to visit you.
Warranty replacement
service
Should our engineer be unable to resolve
a fault then replacement equipment will
be delivered to you and fitted whilst faulty
equipment is being repaired.
